I was impressed with explanation that was given by Mrs. Lungu last evening during the interview with Ben Kangwa. Today I took the my time to download the PDF of the contents of the Proposed Bill of Rights and appreciated the benefits of the proposed inclusions in the Bill of Rights. I just wanted to find out if there is still room for me to help in sensitizing the public on the Proposals in the Bill of Rights because after asking my workmates, a good number of them do not seem to fully understand what we are required to do on the issue of the Referendum. We can not afford to miss this lifetime opportunity to enhance our own rights.
